Last updated: 16 October 2026 · Version: 1.3
1. Who we are
Snap ASIN is made and supported by João Luís Marques Jorge ("we", "us"), NIF 232110638, of Ribeira da Folga – CX Postal 556, Pardieiro, 8550-152 Marmelete, Monchique, Portugal. Contact: snapasinpro@gmail.com · +351 931 788 146.
Licences are sold through our payment provider and reseller, Lemon Squeezy (the "Reseller"), which acts as merchant of record. When you buy a licence, your purchase contract is with the Reseller. It takes your payment, accounts for the VAT or sales tax included in the price, issues your receipt or invoice and pays any refund, under its buyer terms (linked at checkout). These Terms govern your licence to use Snap ASIN and our responsibilities to you as the maker of the software.
By starting a free trial or buying a licence, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, all published on the Snap ASIN website.
2. What Snap ASIN is
Snap ASIN is a productivity extension for Chrome or Microsoft Edge. It copies the product identifiers (ASINs) from Amazon pages you are viewing, when you click, and lets you filter, organise and export them. With multi-page collection, you choose how many pages to collect and click Start, and Snap ASIN then loads the next results pages one at a time from within your current Amazon tab, without opening them on screen, and collects their ASINs (Lite: up to 25 pages per run, Pro: up to 400). Once you press Start, it keeps running in the background, even if you switch to another tab or window, until it has collected the pages you chose, reaches your plan's limit, you press Stop (or close the Amazon tab). A Running/Stop control in the Snap ASIN panel shows while it runs. Successful pages are about 5 seconds apart (a fixed 5 seconds after each page has fully loaded before the next). It loads only one page at a time. There are no pop-ups, pauses or warnings while it runs: the panel shows only progress and Done. If Amazon shows a verification check (such as a CAPTCHA, robot check or sign-in page), slows access (HTTP 429 or 503), or a page fails to load (including a fetch failure or a 30-second read timeout), Snap ASIN does not solve or skip any check: it waits 30 seconds, then 60, then 120 seconds (and stays at 120 seconds), and quietly tries the same page again, and keeps doing so until the page loads or you press Stop. It does not show a status message when this happens. If a page has no results, is empty, or doesn't look as expected (and it isn't the last results page), Snap ASIN tries that page quietly up to four times with the same waits, then ends the run quietly: if anything was collected it shows Done with the count; otherwise it clears. You can press Stop at any time. Please use Snap ASIN in line with Amazon's Conditions of Use. Multi-page collection and this retry behaviour apply only to Lite and Pro. Your lists and settings are stored in your own browser. What you can use depends on your plan (section 5). The free trial copies only the page you're viewing to your clipboard. Creating and adding to saved lists, and multi-page collection, need a Lite or Pro licence. Viewing and exporting (CSV) the saved lists you already have is always available (section 4.5).
3. Not affiliated with Amazon
Snap ASIN is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Amazon. "Amazon" and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. We use them only to describe which websites Snap ASIN works with. Amazon may change its websites at any time, which can stop some features working until we update Snap ASIN (see section 7.6).
4. Free trial
4.1 What it is. For 7 days you can use Snap ASIN free, with no payment card, no email and no account. During the trial, Snap ASIN copies every ASIN on the page you're viewing to your clipboard (always the full list for that page, never part of it), and you can apply the max-price filter to that page. The trial works entirely in your browser. One trial per person. 4.2 What it doesn't include. Nothing is kept when you open a new page or reload the page: the list clears and isn't saved. The trial has no saved list (so it creates nothing new to export), no multi-page collection, no excluded keywords and none of the other Lite or Pro features (section 5). It never opens pages by itself. 4.3 The trial ends without any charge. After 7 days, copying stops. We don't charge you anything, there's nothing to cancel, and the trial never turns into a paid plan. If you want to keep using Snap ASIN, you can choose to buy a Lite or Pro licence. 4.4 The trial isn't a purchase. If you later buy a licence, that purchase is a separate contract with its own 14-day withdrawal period (see section 8). 4.5 Your saved lists are always yours. All saved lists (your ASINs, excluded keywords, the "already known" ASIN skip list, the do-not-list ASIN list, and lists migrated from Snap ASIN 4.x) stay viewable and exportable as CSV in every state: during the trial, after it ends, after a refund or deactivation, and if a licence ever lapses. Creating new lists and adding to them needs a Lite or Pro licence.
5. Plans: free trial, Lite and Pro
5.1 Lite and Pro are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. You choose monthly or yearly billing. Prices include VAT where applicable (section 6): the price shown is the total you pay for each period. There is no minimum period for monthly plans; a yearly plan is paid for one year at a time. You can cancel at any time (section 13); you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.

A "session" is the sequence of runs on one Amazon search in one tab. It ends when you close the tab, start a different search or marketplace, or after 60 minutes with no run. Daily limits count all pages collected on that installation of Snap ASIN in your local calendar day. Multi-page collection isn't part of the free trial.
5.2 Switching from Lite to Pro. You can switch from Lite to Pro at any time. You only pay the difference for the rest of your current period: the Reseller works this out automatically (pro-rating) and shows you the amount before you confirm. From then on you pay the Pro price for your billing period. The same consent step applies (section 8).
5.2A Lifetime licences bought before 16 October 2026. If you bought a one-off Lite or Pro licence before 16 October 2026, nothing changes for you: your lifetime key keeps working for the product life (section 7), you are never charged again, and you don't need to subscribe. 5.3 Licence. When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Snap ASIN at the tier you bought, in up to 3 Chrome profiles that you use, for the period described in section 7. You must not: (a) share, resell or publish your licence key; (b) remove or get round the licence or trial checks; (c) copy, modify or reverse-engineer Snap ASIN except as mandatory law allows; or (d) use it to build a competing product. We (and our licensors) keep all rights in Snap ASIN.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. The price shown in the extension and at checkout is the total you pay: nothing is added on top. The Reseller calculates the VAT due for your country and pays it to the tax authorities out of that price. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. 6.2 Price changes. We will never change the price of a subscription you already have without telling you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then and you will not be charged the new price. A price change never affects lifetime licences (section 5.2A). 6.3 Payment is taken by the Reseller under its buyer terms. We never see or store your full card details.
7. Lifetime licences (bought before 16 October 2026) and discontinuation
7.0 Sections 7.1 to 7.3 apply only to lifetime licences bought before 16 October 2026. Sections 7.4 to 7.6 apply to everyone. For subscriptions, if we discontinue Snap ASIN we stop renewals and refund the unused part of your current paid period. 7.1 "Lifetime" refers to the life of the Snap ASIN product, not your lifetime or ours. Your licence remains valid for as long as we offer Snap ASIN (the "product life"), unless it ends earlier under section 13. 7.2 Minimum commitment. For at least 24 months from your purchase date (the "support period"), we will: - keep Snap ASIN working on the supported Amazon sites and current versions of Chrome, as far as reasonably possible; - provide bug fixes, security updates and the updates needed to keep Snap ASIN in conformity with these Terms; and - reply to support emails within 1 working day (24 hours on working days). 7.3 After the support period. Your licence stays valid for the rest of the product life, and you keep receiving the updates we release for your tier at no extra cost. We won't switch off a licence you have paid for, except under section 13. 7.4 If we discontinue Snap ASIN. We'll tell you by email, and in the extension, at least 60 days before. In addition: (a) if we discontinue it within the support period of your licence, we'll refund part of the price you paid: the price × the number of full months left in your support period ÷ 24; (b) where technically possible, we'll release a final version that doesn't need a licence check, so you can keep using the features you paid for, for as long as they still work with Amazon's sites and Chrome; and (c) if we sell or transfer Snap ASIN to another business, we'll require it to honour existing licences, or we'll treat the sale as a discontinuation under this section. 7.5 If Snap ASIN is removed from the Chrome Web Store. This can happen at Google's or Amazon's request, or for other reasons. If it happens, we'll tell you and try to have Snap ASIN reinstated, or make it available by another lawful route (for example, another browser store or a supported manual installation). A copy that is already installed usually keeps working, but Google can disable extensions remotely. If Snap ASIN isn't available to you again within 90 days, we'll treat that as a discontinuation under section 7.4, including the refund in 7.4(a) during the support period. 7.6 Changes made by Amazon or Google. Snap ASIN depends on websites and software we don't control. If a change by Amazon or Google stops a feature working, we'll aim to release a fix within a reasonable time. During the support period, if we can't restore a main feature of your tier within 30 days, you can ask for the remedies in section 10 (including a price reduction or refund) if you are a consumer, or a proportionate refund if you are a business customer. 7.7 New features. Your licence covers the updates and new features we add to your tier during the product life. We may offer separate products or add-ons. We won't take away a feature that was included in your tier when you bought it in order to sell it back to you separately. The only exception is where legal or platform requirements force us to change or remove a feature; in that case section 14.1 applies.
8. 30-day money-back guarantee, right of withdrawal and refunds
8.1 30-day money-back guarantee (first payment only). The first payment of each subscription (Lite or Pro, monthly or yearly) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: ask within 30 days and you get a full refund, no reason needed. Renewal payments and pro-rated switch payments are not covered by the guarantee (your statutory rights still apply). Lifetime licences bought before 16 October 2026 keep the guarantee terms they were sold with. 8.2 Statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers). A subscription is a digital service. You can withdraw within 14 days of first subscribing, without giving a reason. If you asked us to start the service straight away and then withdraw, the law would let us charge for the days used, but we refund you in full instead (this is covered by our 30-day guarantee). Renewals of the same subscription do not start a new withdrawal period. To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from contract here" function (extension, website or receipt), email snapasinpro@gmail.com, or use the model form in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. 8.3 After 30 days, only your statutory rights apply, including your rights in section 10 if Snap ASIN is faulty. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
9. Updates
We may update Snap ASIN to fix bugs, improve features, respond to website changes, or meet legal and platform requirements. Updates are installed through Chrome. If you are a consumer, we'll supply the updates you need to keep Snap ASIN in conformity for at least the support period, and for any longer period the law requires.
10. Your legal rights if Snap ASIN is faulty (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights if digital content isn't as described or doesn't work as it should. Under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei 84/2021, which transposes EU Directive 2019/770), these include having it brought into conformity, a price reduction, or ending the contract with a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights. Giving up the right of withdrawal before checkout doesn't affect them, and neither does the end of the 30-day money-back guarantee. UK consumers have the equivalent rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Acceptable use: your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use Snap ASIN and the data you collect. In particular, you agree: - to comply with Amazon's Conditions of Use and any other terms of the websites you use Snap ASIN on, and with marketplace rules wherever you use the results; - not to use Snap ASIN, alone or combined with other software, to crawl, overload or interfere with any website, to get round CAPTCHAs, robot checks, rate limits or access controls, or to automate access in breach of a site's terms; - not to use Snap ASIN to build, sell or publish databases of another website's content (for example, Amazon's product listings or prices); - not to use Snap ASIN for anything unlawful, including infringing intellectual-property rights or listing prohibited or restricted goods.
Snap ASIN's built-in filters (such as the restricted-items word list) are a convenience only. They don't guarantee that any product is lawful to sell or permitted on any marketplace.
11A. You start and control every collection
- You start and control every collection. Snap ASIN collects only after you press Start, only from the Amazon tab where you started it, and only for the run you started (up to your plan's limit). After Start, the run keeps going in the background, even if you switch tabs or windows, until it finishes, reaches your limit, or you press Stop or close that tab. If Amazon shows a verification check, slows access, or a page fails to load, it keeps quietly retrying the same page (after 30, 60, then 120 seconds, staying at 120 seconds) until the page loads or you press Stop; see section 2.
- Snap ASIN doesn't access Amazon or any other third-party site on its own. It never starts without your click, doesn't run on a schedule and never runs from our servers. A run you started continues in the background as described above. The pages it reads are loaded by your browser, using your connection and your account.
- Your responsibility towards Amazon. You are responsible for making sure your use of Snap ASIN complies with Amazon's Conditions of Use and any other terms that apply to your Amazon account. You can press Stop at any time; until you do, Snap ASIN keeps quietly retrying as described in section 2.
- Restrictions on your account. Amazon or another site may show robot checks, slow, limit or block your access or your account, or take action under its own terms if it considers your use excessive or automated. We aren't responsible for restrictions that a third-party site places on your account or access, except to the extent that they are caused by a defect in Snap ASIN for which we are responsible under section 10 or 12, or where the law doesn't allow this exclusion.
- A short explanation of how multi-page collection works is shown once on the licence activation screen (not during collection) and is also set out in these Terms.
- Lite and Pro only. Multi-page collection is part of Lite and Pro. The free trial never opens pages by itself: it only copies the page you're viewing. The multi-page information and the retry behaviour described in section 2 apply only to Lite and Pro.
12. Limits on liability
12.1 Snap ASIN is a tool. We don't promise that any product you find will be profitable, available, lawful to sell or permitted on any marketplace. 12.2 If you are a business customer, to the extent the law allows, Snap ASIN is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your licence. We aren't liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for indirect losses. 12.3 If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses where you use Snap ASIN for business purposes. 12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (dolo ou culpa grave), or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer law. 12.5 If you are a business customer, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses caused by your breach of section 11.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1 Cancelling. You can cancel your subscription at any time, in a few clicks, from Manage subscription in the extension or the link in your receipt (the Reseller's customer portal), or by emailing snapasinpro@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and we don't refund the rest of that period (except under section 8 or your statutory rights). Uninstalling Snap ASIN does not cancel a subscription. For yearly plans we email you a reminder 7 days before each renewal. 13.2 We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms (for example, by sharing or reselling your licence key, or by using Snap ASIN in breach of section 11). Where the breach can be fixed, we'll warn you first and give you a reasonable time to fix it. If we end your licence because of a breach, you aren't entitled to a refund, except where the law says otherwise. 13.3 When your licence ends (including after a refund or deactivation, or if it ever lapses), the paid features stop working, so you can no longer create lists, add to them or collect from several pages. All your saved lists (ASINs, excluded keywords, the known-ASIN skip list, do-not-list ASINs and lists migrated from 4.x) stay viewable and exportable as CSV, and they stay in your browser until you delete them or uninstall the extension. 13.4 When a subscription ends or a payment fails. When a subscription ends (cancelled, not renewed or refunded), the paid features lock. Snap ASIN checks your licence at most once every 24 hours. If a check can't connect, paid features keep working for 7 days from the last successful check, then lock until a check succeeds. A Lite-to-Pro switch keeps the same key. Your saved lists always stay viewable and exportable as CSV (section 4.5). You can reactivate at any time by subscribing again.
14. Changes to Snap ASIN and to these Terms
14.1 We won't change Snap ASIN in a way that negatively affects your access or use more than minimally without telling you clearly and in advance. If you are a consumer and such a change affects you, you can end the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change or of our notice, whichever is later, and receive a proportionate refund (Decreto-Lei 84/2021). 14.2 We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory or security reasons, or to reflect changes to Snap ASIN. We'll email you about significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Changes never shorten the term of a licence you have already bought, and never add charges to it.
15. Complaints and dispute resolution
- Contact us first at snapasinpro@gmail.com. We reply within 1 working day (24 hours on working days).
- Livro de Reclamações (electronic complaints book): https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt

16. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence, and you can bring proceedings in your local courts or in Portugal. Business customers agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisboa, Portugal.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a successor business, subject to section 7.4(c), and will tell you if we do. These Terms are available in English and Portuguese. If the two versions differ, the version more favourable to the consumer applies.
