Snap ASIN: Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
Snap ASIN licences are sold through our payment provider and reseller, Lemon Squeezy (the "Reseller"), which acts as merchant of record and pays refunds. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
1. In short
- Free trial (not a purchase): 7 days, no card or email needed. It copies every ASIN on the page you're viewing to your clipboard, with the max-price filter. Saving and adding to lists, and multi-page collection, need a licence; you can always view and export lists you've already saved. It ends without any charge, and there's nothing to cancel or refund.
- Licences are one-off payments (Lite €19, Pro €49, upgrade from Lite to Pro €30). Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable: the price shown is the total you pay. There's no subscription, so there's nothing to cancel.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: a full refund on request within 30 days of purchase, with no reason needed, whether or not you have activated your licence (section 5).
- 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers): you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless you asked for immediate activation and confirmed that you lose the right once the licence is activated (by ticking the consent box before checkout, either on the extension's Upgrade screen or in the consent window on our website).
- Faulty or not as described? Your legal rights always apply (section 6).
2. The free trial
The 7-day trial is free and isn't a purchase. It needs no payment card and no email. When it ends, copying stops and you aren't charged anything. Nothing renews, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. Lists you already have, including lists saved with an earlier version (4.x), stay viewable and exportable as CSV. If you buy a licence afterwards, that's a new, separate contract, with its own withdrawal period starting on the day you buy.
3. Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
The 30-day money-back guarantee in section 5 is in addition to this right and never reduces it. 3.1 The period. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you can withdraw from your licence purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. 3.2 When the right ends early. Snap ASIN is digital content that we can activate straight away. Your right of withdrawal ends when your licence is activated if, and only if: (a) before checkout, you ticked the consent box, either on the extension's Upgrade screen or in the consent window on our website, asking us to activate the licence before the 14 days are up; (b) you acknowledged that by doing so you would lose your right of withdrawal; and (c) this was confirmed to you on a durable medium, in the note on your receipt email from the Reseller. If any of these didn't happen (for example, if you went to checkout without going through either of these consent steps), you keep the full 14 days and get a full refund on request, even if you have activated and used Snap ASIN. You won't pay anything for your use of it during that time. 3.3 Before activation. If you've bought a licence but haven't activated it yet, you can still withdraw. 3.4 How to withdraw. You can use any of these: - the "Withdraw from contract here" link in the extension (Account), on our Refund & Withdrawal Policy page (linked in your receipt) or on our website. Fill in your name, your order details and the email address where you want our confirmation, then click "Confirm withdrawal". We'll email you an acknowledgement straight away, showing what you sent and the date and time you sent it; - an email to snapasinpro@gmail.com saying that you withdraw; or - the model withdrawal form below. Your withdrawal is in time if you send it before the 14 days end. 3.5 Refund. The Reseller will refund everything you paid, including any VAT, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used unless you agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We send the refund within 14 days; your bank or card provider may take a few more working days to show it on your statement. Your licence will then be deactivated. All your saved lists (ASINs, excluded keywords, the known-ASIN skip list and lists from 4.x) stay viewable and exportable as CSV.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return this form only if you want to withdraw)
To João Luís Marques Jorge, Ribeira da Folga – CX Postal 556, Pardieiro, 8550-152 Marmelete, Monchique, Portugal, snapasinpro@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: Snap ASIN Lite / Pro licence (delete as appropriate), order number: …, ordered on: … Name: … · Address: … · Email used for the order: … · Date: … · Signature (only if you send this form on paper): …
3.6 UK consumers. In the UK, this is the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (regulations 29, 30 and 37). It ends on activation only on the same conditions as in 3.2. Otherwise you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund, and you pay nothing for your use. You can cancel using any of the methods in 3.4. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if Snap ASIN is faulty also apply.
4. Business customers
The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. The 30-day money-back guarantee in section 5 applies to business customers too.
5. 30-day money-back guarantee
5.1 What you get. If you ask within 30 days of your purchase (Lite, Pro or the Lite-to-Pro upgrade), you get a full refund, including any VAT. You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter whether you have activated or used your licence, or whether you ticked the immediate-access box. 5.2 How to ask. Email snapasinpro@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, or use the "Withdraw from contract here" link. We reply within 1 working day. 5.3 How it's paid. Refunds are paid by the Reseller, to your original payment method. We send the refund within 14 days; your bank or card provider may take a few more working days to show it on your statement. 5.4 Conditions. (a) Your licence is deactivated when the refund is made. All your saved lists (ASINs, excluded keywords, the known-ASIN skip list and lists from 4.x) stay viewable and exportable as CSV. (b) The guarantee covers one refund per customer for each product (Lite or Pro; the upgrade counts as Pro). If you buy the same product again after a guarantee refund, the new purchase isn't covered by the guarantee, but your statutory rights (sections 3 and 6) still apply in full. 5.5 Your legal rights. The guarantee is a voluntary commitment that we add on top of your statutory rights. It never replaces or reduces them. After 30 days, only your statutory rights apply, for example the remedies in section 6 if Snap ASIN is faulty or not as described.
6. If Snap ASIN is faulty or not as described
If Snap ASIN doesn't match its description or doesn't work as it should, you have legal remedies under Decreto-Lei 84/2021 (in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015): having it brought into conformity, a price reduction, or ending the contract with a refund. These rights apply whether or not you gave up the right of withdrawal. Please contact us first so that we can fix the problem.
7. Discontinuation and removal from the Chrome Web Store
If, during the minimum support period of your licence (at least 24 months from purchase), we discontinue Snap ASIN, or it remains unavailable after being removed from the Chrome Web Store, you'll receive a proportional refund, as described in sections 7.4 and 7.5 of our Terms of Use.
8. Price changes
If we change our prices after you buy, this doesn't entitle you to a refund and doesn't lead to any extra charge. Your licence isn't affected.
9. Who pays your refund
Your purchase is processed by the Reseller, so any refund is paid by the Reseller. You can contact us or the Reseller (through the link in its receipt email). Where this policy or your statutory rights are more generous than the Reseller's buyer terms, we'll ask the Reseller to refund you on that basis. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank, as it's usually faster. This doesn't affect your rights under card-scheme or consumer-protection rules.
